HAINZL has designed a test stand for a fully automated test sequence for a large agricultural machinery manufacturer. Here, the tractor is completely simulated including the compressed air system and variable drive speed by means of a frequency converter. This allows the complete functional test of the baler including the emergency shutdown of the film wrapper to be tested. The safety of the test cell is monitored by the "Safety EYE" camera system. The test results are stored in a database and the test reports are generated automatically.
