In the Linz harbour district, next to the A7 motorway, a new seven-storey building in the form of a boomerang enriches the cityscape and offers state-of-the-art offices for around 500 Dynatrace employees. Regarding the electrical engineering of the building, the client, Neunteufel GmbH, relied on HAINZL Building Technology.
The outstanding office building with around 11,000 m² of usable space and an underground car park for 80 cars not only appears attractive from an aesthetic point of view, but also makes sustainable use possible. The floors as a whole or parts of them may be separated individually if required, without the need to change the overall architecture. In the office areas, a high standard visual installation matching the architecture was applied.
HAINZL installed the entire electrical engineering in the building complex. This specifically includes the complete low-voltage distribution system, the high-voltage and low-voltage installations, the LAN cabling (network technology), the entire lighting in state-of-the-art LED technology including emergency lighting, a parking guidance system and e-charging stations. In addition, there is the installation of building automation for the entire building, a fire alarm system, video system, an access system and an alarm system.
