Oswald Torque- and Direct Drives

Electric direct drives, so-called torque motors from Oswald, are permanent-magnet synchronous motors with torques of up to 450.000Nm.
These machines, adapted to customer requirements, offer very high torques in the smallest space thanks to their technology.

Due to the functional principle as well as the customer-specific adaptations to the engine enormous improvements on the customer machine can be achieved.
For example, energy consumption can be reduced and additional components such as gearboxes, belts or hydraulics can be saved.
The use of torque motors or direct drives in dynamic operation is just as worthwhile as it is at constant speeds.
