Universal development test field for hydraulic components

This innovative and universally applicable test bench for hydraulic components sets new standards in the field of mobile machinery. It enables precise load simulation and comprehensive testing of drive trains – from individual components to complete systems. The test bench allows closed hydraulic circuits to be tested under realistic conditions and fault conditions from practical tests to be simulated in a targeted manner. It is suitable for both development tests and long-term tests under continuous load. The OCEAN platform ensures efficient and automated execution of the test processes in both applications.

  • Walk-in T-slot table (3 m x 2.5 m) with clamping brackets for test specimens (motors, pumps, gearboxes, valves)
  • Safe test environment with access control to the test cabins
  • Drive solution: 2x 200 kW servo motors with frequency converters on a common DC link (DC coupling)
  • High energy efficiency through energy recovery and DC coupling
  • Integrated servo load unit for precise pressure control
  • Two-story structure (lower floor for the test field, power unit, and cooling circuit; upper floor for control cabinets and power electronics)
