The automotive industry places high demands on reproducibility and process reliability in testing procedures. For a functional test of transmissions, our customer needed a solution that fully automates the filling, venting, and draining of coolant in a controlled, safe, and efficient manner.
HAINZL developed a mobile filling/draining system for this purpose, which enables a standardized, error-free testing process through time-controlled, automated sequences. Thanks to the integration of the control cabinet, cabling, and control system, the system is user-friendly and executes all process steps precisely and repeatably.
The high degree of automation reduces operational effort, minimizes operating errors, and increases process stability—a clear advantage, especially in high-frequency testing sequences. Thus, the solution meets key requirements of modern process technology: intuitive operation, maximum reproducibility, and reliable handling of liquids.
