HAINZL is supplying test bench provider Renk Test System with a system for temperature control of the cooling and lubricating oil circuits of test benches in the United Arab Emirates. The system is designed for test specimens with power ratings of up to 470 kW and serves to ensure stable and reproducible test conditions.
The system controls the temperature of both media circuits and is equipped with appropriate heat exchangers and a expansion tank to ensure pressure and volume stability. With a cooling capacity of approximately 780 kW and a cooling water flow rate of up to 450 l/min, the system is designed for high-power test bench applications.
Given the scope of the project, the system technology employed, and its application in an international test bench environment, this project represents a significant reference in the field of HAINZL process technology.
