HAINZL Industriesysteme GmbH takes data protection very seriously and treats personal data in particular confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. No personal data is collected, processed or passed on to third parties via the general use of our website. Personal data is that information which makes the identification of a person possible or information which can be assigned to an identifiable person. This includes contact data such as name, date of birth, postal/email address and telephone or cell phone number.
Personal data is only collected as part of the input you have voluntarily and explicitly provided (e.g. newsletter registration, filling out a contact form) and is therefore only used with your individual consent. The data you provide will only be used for the purposes stated in each case (e.g. newsletter dispatch) and to comply with mandatory legal obligations (e.g. tax law). Any further use or disclosure to third parties will only take place with your explicit consent.
Please bear in mind that data transmission on the Internet can always be subject to security vulnerabilities. Full protection against access by third parties is not feasible. If you have fundamental concerns, please use other ways to contact us.
Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard drive at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognize your computer on your next visit (so-called permanent cookies).
If you do not want to take advantage of cookies, you can modify the cookie handling in the security settings of your browser. In most cases, the setting option can be found in the Extras menu under the item Settings or Internet Options. However, we will then no longer be able to offer you some of the functionalities of our website.
3. Web analysis with Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics also uses "cookies", which enable an analysis of the use of our website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. So-called IP anonymization is activated on our website - your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google uses this information to evaluate the use of our website or to compile reports on website activity and to provide HAINZL with other services related to website and Internet use. These services include: the name of your Internet service provider, the version of your browser software, the operating system of the computer used to access the site, the website from which you visit us, the websites you visit on our site and, if applicable, search terms you used to find our website. Under certain circumstances, this data may allow conclusions to be drawn about a specific visitor to the website. However, personal data is not collected and used in this context. The use of such data is exclusively anonymous. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. We would like to point out that on our website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).
You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
4. Social plugins
Certain pages of www.hainzl.at have easily recognizable so-called social media plug-ins that allow you to share or link to the respective page on your social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, XING). These functions do not involve the collection or further processing of personal data by HAINZL. However, the respective social media provider can thereby assign the visit to our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by the respective social media provider. If you do not want your social media provider to be able to assign the visit to our pages to your user account, please refrain from using the function of the social media plug-ins.
