    HAINZL Industriesysteme GmbH takes data protection very seriously and treats personal data in particular confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. No personal data is collected, processed or passed on to third parties via the general use of our website. Personal data is that information which makes the identification of a person possible or information which can be assigned to an identifiable person. This includes contact data such as name, date of birth, postal/email address and telephone or cell phone number.

    Personal data is only collected as part of the input you have voluntarily and explicitly provided (e.g. newsletter registration, filling out a contact form) and is therefore only used with your individual consent. The data you provide will only be used for the purposes stated in each case (e.g. newsletter dispatch) and to comply with mandatory legal obligations (e.g. tax law). We would like to point out that on our website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

Certain pages of www.hainzl.at have easily recognizable so-called social media plug-ins that allow you to share or link to the respective page on your social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, XING). These functions do not involve the collection or further processing of personal data by HAINZL. However, the respective social media provider can thereby assign the visit to our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by the respective social media provider. If you do not want your social media provider to be able to assign the visit to our pages to your user account, please refrain from using the function of the social media plug-ins.

Our website may contain links to websites that are not operated by us.
