Guntamatic, a leading Austrian manufacturer of biomass boilers and hybrid heating systems, can look back on over 50 years of experience in the development and production of innovative heating technologies. The company is known for its efficient and environmentally friendly solutions in the field of heat generation and heat distribution. With a wide range of products, from small to large-scale systems, Guntamatic sets standards for sustainable energy generation. In order to meet the increasing demands of the market, Guntamatic was looking for a flexible and future-proof solution to optimize its heating systems.
Guntamatic was faced with the challenge of finding a standardized control solution for its biomass boilers and hybrid heating systems. The solution had to ensure high availability, durability and reparability while being scalable for different heating systems. Another requirement was the simple integration of the systems into Guntamatic's existing infrastructure to enable efficient
maintenance and ease of operation.
The project began with a detailed concept phase and the development of prototypes. This was followed by the pilot series and series production. Thanks to rapid implementation, the project was completed within around 18 months. Today, we supply around 10,000 electronic assemblies to Guntamatic every year and assume overall responsibility for development and series production.
