Filip Fischerlehner is the state winner of the Upper Austrian Electrical Engineering Apprentice Competition

Great success for our apprentice Filip Fischerlehner: The young professional from HAINZL Gebäudetechnik took first place in the Upper Austrian state apprenticeship competition for electrical engineers. The competition took place on May 21 and 22, 2025, as part of the Career Experience Days at the REVA Hall in Vöcklabruck and presented the participants with demanding technical challenges.

Two days of concentration, manual dexterity, and in-depth technical understanding were required. The apprentices had to solve complex electrical engineering tasks under realistic conditions – from professional installation, protective measures, and testing technology to control technology and complete documentation. There was a particular focus on modern solutions such as KNX systems.

Filip Fischerlehner impressed the jury across the board and can not only celebrate his state victory, but also secure his place in the Austrian national championships for electrical engineers.

We congratulate Filip on this outstanding achievement and also thank Karl Gallistl, the head of our apprentice center, for his dedicated support. A strong sign of the high quality of training at HAINZL!
