HAINZL Buildings Technology has successfully completed all electrical tenant fit-out work for the major “Hafenportal” project in Linz's harbor district. Working closely with EBG, the company created a high-quality interior fit-out of modern office and laboratory space for an international technology customer – directly following the completion of the basic construction work by the landlord.

The focus was on modern research and development areas with particularly high requirements in terms of technical infrastructure and execution quality. HAINZL was responsible for all high- and low-voltage electrical engineering, customized IT cabling, comprehensive lighting solutions including large-area baffle lighting, and the complete emergency lighting and fire alarm system. In addition, a DAS (Distributed Antenna System) radio system was installed to ensure continuous mobile phone reception throughout the building, thereby guaranteeing voice, data, and emergency call services.

A particular focus was placed on implementation in accordance with the requirements of LEED certification, an internationally recognized standard for sustainable construction that requires precise and comprehensive project documentation.
