Hargassner and HAINZL have enjoyed an intensive technological partnership for almost three decades. What began in 1996 with an order for 500 control systems has developed into a success story with more than 200,000 control systems delivered - consisting of over half a million individual assemblies. The close cooperation with the Upper Austrian pioneer of biomass heating technology is characterized by trust, innovative spirit and technical excellence.
As a full-service provider for heating systems with pellet, wood chip and log wood technology and heat pumps, Hargassner pursues a holistic approach. The requirements were correspondingly high: robust, durable control units, modularly expandable, updateable, user-friendly and absolutely reliable in 24/7 operation - even under increased temperature conditions. Equally central: consistent downward compatibility and ongoing adaptations to new product generations.
Together with Hargassner, HAINZL implemented a fully integrated control system. The combination of powerful hardware, flexible software architecture and a scalable fieldbus system creates the basis for smooth operation, simple maintenance and continuous further development. We accompany Hargassner through all project phases - from the idea to the prototype to series production.

The collaboration with Hargassner began in 1996 with an initial prototype and was quickly transferred to series production via a pilot series. Since then, the control solutions have been continuously developed and used in all system generations. Over 200,000 electronic assemblies have been supplied to date.
