As a full-service provider of heating systems featuring pellet, wood chip, and log technology as well as heat pumps, Hargassner takes a holistic approach. Consequently, the requirements for the embedded products were exceptionally high.

HAINZL, in collaboration with Hargassner, implemented a fully integrated control system based on professional electronics development. HAINZL’s embedded systems development creates the ideal foundation for smooth operation, easy maintenance, and continuous further development of our customer’s embedded system through a combination of high-performance embedded hardware and a flexible embedded software architecture.
Thanks to specialized embedded programming and a scalable fieldbus system, software updates and precise diagnostic functions are possible directly via the fieldbus. From the initial concept through the prototype to serial EMS production, HAINZL assumes full project responsibility for Hargassner.

Our collaboration with Hargassner began in 1996 with an initial prototype and quickly progressed from a pilot production run to mass production. As a comprehensive E2MS partner, HAINZL supports Hargassner throughout the entire product lifecycle—from technical support to obsolescence management—and has been doing so for about 30 years!
As an experienced EMS service provider, we are responsible for highly efficient EMS manufacturing as well as the certified EMS production of electronic control assemblies in Austria. To date, over 200,000 assemblies have been produced in our state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing facility. What sets this collaboration apart is the relationship of trust that has grown over three decades. HAINZL has thus become an integral part of the continuous innovation process at Hargassner.
