The HABAU Group relied on HAINZL's expertise to implement the building services projects for its new Linz location. The new, four-story Linz location HAB25 on Franzosenhausweg impresses with ultra-modern and flexible office space, spacious meeting and training rooms, as well as its own gym and a large green roof terrace.
HAINZL scored in this modern architecturally striking office building with 8,200 m² of usable floor space primarily with sophisticated visual installation. The scope of services provided by HAINZL Gebäudetechnik included, among other things, the complete low-voltage distribution, high-voltage and low-voltage cabling, LAN cabling (network technology), delivery and installation of all lighting, emergency lighting, the installation of a fully automatic fire alarm system, as well as extensive building automation. In addition, HAINZL Gebäudetechnik was responsible for the installation of the required e-mobility in the form of e-charging stations, as well as the cabling work for the access control, alarm system and extensive MSR systems.
