KPMG Austria is one of HAINZL Gebäudetechnik's long-standing customers in the field of service and maintenance. For the office location in Vienna's Porzellangasse, which was acquired in 2006 and expanded as of 2021, KPMG once again relied on HAINZL's proven expertise.
The 14,000 m² office building was expanded from 2021: expansion of the attic floors, construction of an underground parking garage as well as an addition. Our scope of services for the project included the low-voltage distribution systems, the high-voltage and low-voltage installations, the emergency and safety lighting, the grounding and lightning protection systems, and the IT cabling. We were also responsible for the cabling of the media technology, for the lighting control of the open space and for the MSR cabling as well as for the data technology.
Contract period: November 2021 - March 2023
