In addition to oil-hydraulic systems in a wide variety of designs, HAINZL also supplies water-based cooling systems. A total of four cooling stations were provided for a modern steel mill to cool equipment parts along the rolling line.

The instruments and devices used there are exposed to enormous heat loads and require reliable, controlled cooling for safe operation.

To keep the system clean, cooling is provided by closed water circuits that are decoupled from the central cooling water system. All water-carrying system components, including the expansion tanks, are made of high-quality stainless steel.
