With the TECHBASE in Linz, a modern innovation and technology campus was built in several construction phases, offering companies and research institutions flexible office space, workshops, and open-plan areas. This large-scale project was realized as a forward-looking hub for technology, innovation, and business development.

HAINZL Gebäudetechnik was involved in the project from the very beginning and was responsible for the complete electrical systems for all four building sections. Extensive electrical building services were implemented across multiple construction phases. Through this project, HAINZL was able to further expand its successful collaboration with the client, Neuson Real, and make a significant contribution to the technical infrastructure of the innovation campus.
