With the TECHBASE in Linz, the NEUSON REAL Group has built a state-of-the-art innovation and technology campus over the past few years. From the very beginning, HAINZL Gebäudetechnik played a key role in the overall electrical engineering infrastructure. This large-scale project was implemented in several coordinated construction phases and comprises a total of four building sections.

The campus offers flexible, high-quality work environments ranging from custom-designed office spaces and modern workshops to spacious open-plan areas for the Work 4.0 environment. Complementing this is a contemporary mobility concept featuring EV charging stations and excellent connections to public transportation.

HAINZL Gebäudetechnik provided a wide range of services as part of the project and implemented this magnificent, multi-year construction project reliably and in close cooperation with the participating trades.
