The Austrian agricultural machinery manufacturer GÖWEIL from Kirchschlag/Linz is expanding and built a second production site in Rainbach im Mühlkreis. A complex for up to 150 modern workplaces consisting of a paint shop, an assembly hall and a shipping hall with a total area of 15,500 square meters was built on the 4.3-hectare site. In addition to offices and recreation rooms, the 2,100-square-meter social building also houses a company canteen.
GÖWEIL invested a total of 27 million euros in the new plant.
Our scope of services included, among others, the complete low-voltage distribution, high-voltage and low-voltage cabling, the LAN cabling (network technology), delivery and installation of all lighting, emergency lighting and the installation of a fire alarm system. Techbase Linz is one of the largest Linz building projects of the next few years and, as a innovation and technology hotbed, is intended as a place for modern and already established companies in the field of cutting-edge technology, but also to provide space for young companies in this segment to develop and grow. The project will be built in 2 construction stages, to be completed in 2022 and 2024.
HAINZL Building Technology was able to acquire the third and by far the largest contract from the client Neuson Real GmbH after the projects at the Linz Winterhafen and the 25er Turm.
The fact that HAINZL was finally awarded the complete electrical engineering contract is primarily due to the first-class performance of the excellent handling and installation teams in the previous projects with this client.
