During a visit on April 17, 2024 by Fabian Hainzl and Harald Schreibmüller, we are pleased to announce that the contracts for FRANKONIA and HAINZL Motion & Drives Serbia have also been signed. As a result, HAINZL Motion & Drives is now contractually linked to e-comer across all subsidiaries.
This marks a further step towards utilizing the synergies between the companies and ensuring future success together.
