GÖWEIL built new plant with HAINZL technology

The local agricultural machinery manufacturer GÖWEIL is expanding and built a second production site in Rainbach im Mühlkreis. A complex consisting of a varnishing facility, an assembly hall and a dispatch hall with a total area of 15,500 square meters was built on the 4.3-hectare site. In addition to offices and recreation rooms, the 2,100-square-meter social building also houses a company canteen.

The production and painting of individual products was relocated to the new site, creating up to 150 modern workplaces. GÖWEIL invested a total of 27 million euros in the new plant, which now went into operation in the fall of 2021.

When it comes to round bale silage, there is practically no getting around the products of the mechanical engineering company GÖWEIL, which is based in Kirchschlag near Linz: The wrapping technology launched by the company in the early 1990s and the round baler presented in 2014 have long been indispensable in agriculture.

Our scope of services included, among other things, the complete low-voltage distribution, high-voltage and low-voltage cabling, LAN cabling (network technology), delivery and installation of all lighting, emergency lighting and the installation of a fire alarm system. HAINZL Building Technology was also responsible for the cabling work for an access control system, a sprinkler system, as well as the very extensive cabling of the MSR and the machine systems, some of which were provided by the customer.
